My 11-year-old dog, in good health, had his annual vaccines on Tuesday. Since Wednesday night, he has not eaten, been lethargic, and vomited. On Saturday, a CBC showed normal liver and kidneys but elevated white blood cells. The vet administered benzapen penicillin, Cerenia injection, ENDOSORB TABS, METRANIDAZOLE, and METOCLOPRIMIDE. He is still not eating, disoriented, but drinking water and urinating without vomiting since yesterday. Should I be concerned enough to take him to the emergency vet?
