My 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Gizmo, was fine this morning but started shaking and licking his lips after going outside. He has no known allergies and no skin-related symptoms. He had a good stream of pee and normal stools, but hasn't eaten yet. What could be causing his behavior, and is there anything I can do in the meantime?

My dog, Remy, a 1-year-old mixed pit terrier, has been vomiting for about three days. She is not eating or drinking and vomits back up anything she consumes.
