My 11-year-old Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, Oreo, is coughing and sneezing a lot. She has been eating and drinking normally, and her nose is cold and wet. She has allergies and has taken her shots. She boarded at a kennel from Friday to Monday. What can I do to help her, and when should I take her to the vet?
