My 11-year-old Yorkie, weighing 4 lbs, is lethargic, barely moving, and occasionally goes into a state where she appears dead for one to two minutes. She is weak when she gets up, drinks water only when licked off my fingers, and eats a few bites of turkey but not rice. This has been ongoing for 24 hours. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog started vomiting around midnight and continued every 30-45 minutes until 0900 this morning. She is now lying still and not moving, showing no desire to drink but has had some water put in her mouth by straw. She is carried outside to pee but does not appear to use the bathroom and gets unsteady and falls, then lies there until picked up. What could be causing this and what should I do?
