My 2-year-old American Bulldog started limping on his front right paw a couple of days ago. He is clearly in pain and favoring the paw more, but I can't find any visible injury or abnormality. His nails are long and he refuses to let me trim them. What could be causing his limping and what should I do?

My 4-month-old puppy has been vomiting and having diarrhea all day. Initially, the vomit contained food, but now it's liquid and foamy. The first vomit had a large, unchewed piece of a chewy tray. The local emergency vet has a 4-hour wait and a $400 minimum fee. Can I give her Prilosec as a comparable to Pepcid AC? She might have had a parvo shot two weeks ago, but I don't have her vaccine records. She started a new food yesterday, but the severity of symptoms seems more than what the food could have caused. Should I be highly concerned about parvo?
