My 12-week-old tri-color pit bull, Rex, has red and tender ears that he cries when he tries to scratch. He shakes his ears a lot and has a slight rash inside the ear, not in the ear canal. I've used camphoric drops in his ears for a few days, which seems to help, but I can't afford to take him to the vet. What can I do at home to help his ears?

My dog, Cookie, is extremely constipated, has low energy, and is refusing to eat. She has been trying to defecate often but only a few hard, broken stool pieces have come out. There is no vomiting, but she has a lack of appetite. Could this be related to her possibly eating a chicken bone?

My dog, Charlie, a 5-year-old beagle mix weighing 54 lbs, was not feeling well all night. She was drooling and swallowing a lot, threw up once, and her belly has been making lots of noise. She drank about 4-5 tablespoons of water last night but won't drink this morning. She seems tired and is not drooling anymore. She is on phenobarbital.
