My dog is unable to settle. She is pacing, tries to lay down but gets up right away, keeps trying to move to a new spot, and just can't seem to be comfortable. She is very alert despite usually being very sleepy at this time. She has been like this for the last couple of hours, with no changes to her appetite. My 1-year-old Australian Pinscher, Catfish, suddenly started acting lethargic, has an irregular heart rate, and has shown changes in appetite.
