My 12-year-old dog, Tank, has been making groaning noises and unable to settle. This behavior started this evening. I tried massaging his belly and gave him Metacam, but he didn't like the massage. He's on Librela for arthritis. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Hi, I have a 5-year-old PWD, Kona, with IBD, Lymphoplasmocytic, diagnosed by endoscopy, PLE, initially responded to Tylan, but after a year, it was not working, and Metro was not doing much, so she was started on Prednisone in October, immunosuppressant dose. We have a nutritionist and I home cook for her. We are not able to taper much the Prednisone because she goes into a flare, so she was started on Atopica 100 mg. After 3 days, she stopped eating, got diarrhea, became lethargic. I was giving Atopica frozen and with a treat on an empty stomach, Reglan 1 hour before Atopica. I gave her fluids and she recovered. Now the Vet wants to try a much lower dose of 25 mg and go up if tolerated. Do you think my Kona has a chance to tolerate a small dose at the beginning? I am really nervous to restart it. She is 45 lb. Thanks a lot.

My dog, Simon, a 7-month-old Australian shepherd mix weighing about 40 pounds, vomited about 45 minutes ago after getting into a tube of Burt's Bees for Kids fluoride toothpaste (Fruit Fusion flavor). About 1 oz of the 4.2 oz tube is missing. He's acting fine now, but should I still be concerned?

She is currently on a strict seafood diet and has been to the vet multiple times for this issue. What could be causing these symptoms and what can be done to alleviate them?

My 55 lb Australian Shepherd, Meeko, ingested Lysol soaked crumbs yesterday. He has been vomiting orange bile and recently vomited up chicken and rice. He has been drinking water and keeping it down. There is a small amount of blood mixed into the bile. Should I try giving him a small amount of chicken and rice again, and what medication should I use for his condition?
