My 18 lb JackRat, a Rat Terrier mix named Charlie, ate his sister's Bravecto pill designed for a 9.9-22 lb dog. Is this harmful, and what should I do?

My 3-year-old Cheagle is exhibiting strange behavior such as hiding her head in dark places, excessive cuddling, sleeping more than usual, refusing food and treats, and has a runny nose. She also whimpered loudly, felt hot, and refused to go potty. Would this cause her eyes to be dilated, and could it be related to the ear mite medicine I gave her?
