My 13-year-old yellow lab, Mox, is having difficulty standing, won't eat or drink, and is very slow to move. He started slowing down recently and is now unable to get up. He was given 200 mg of gabapentin at 9 AM and 300 mg with treats later. What could be causing this and how can we manage his discomfort until we can get him to a vet?
