A 10-year-old mixed breed dog weighing 97 lbs is receiving 50mg Tramadol twice daily and 50mg Rimadyl twice daily, both under veterinary prescription. My dog was diagnosed with Ulcerative Blepharitis and has been on Clavamox, antibiotic eye drops, Temeril P, and Tramadol. He has developed hives and I'm concerned about an allergic reaction. What should I do about discontinuing the steroid Temeril P safely, and should I reculture his eyes after the antibiotics are out of his system?
