My 13-year-old Beagle/Bassett hound named Dusty has cancer and a fear of humans outside our home, making it difficult for him to receive necessary medical care. Additionally, he has a skin disorder or mange on his back and this morning he was unable to stand on all four legs due to his right hind leg not straightening out. What should I do to manage his condition and decide whether to continue his life or consider humane euthanasia?

My dog's left eye was red and swollen, and after being diagnosed with mild glaucoma and prescribed Neoploy Bac and Dorzolamide, he seems more lethargic than usual.
