My 13-year-old Bichon dog was given half a 100 mg trazodone pill for a 6-hour ride to keep him calm. Since then, he has been lethargic, not eating, drinking water but vomiting, and had a 30-second seizure. What should I do until a vet is available, and what could be causing these symptoms?

My 17-year-old dog, Beethoven, has been experiencing mouth pain for about 5 days. He is sleeping a lot, sticking his tongue out frequently, yelping, opening his mouth and leaning to the left when he does so. He can still eat, but this behavior is new. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 8-month-old dog, Parker Paisley, has been vomiting all day. The vomit started as undigested food and has progressed to watery and foamy. He has been on prednisone for allergies and has been slowly transitioning to a new food. He has vomited about 8 times in the last 24 hours, is still drinking and walking around, but we haven't fed him since this morning. What could be causing this and what should we do?

My 12-year-old dog, Bella, has been coughing and wheezing almost all the time, which usually happened during summer and spring but would go away. This year, it hasn't gone away. She has kidney issues and is currently taking Azodyl for her kidneys and Temaril-P for her cough. The Temaril-P was prescribed after a blood test showed high kidney levels. What could be causing the persistent coughing and wheezing, and what should I discuss with her veterinarian?

My 1-year-old dog, Ryder, is refusing to eat and has a streak of bright red blood in his poop. He has also vomited acid recently. He does not seem more tired than usual or in pain, and he does not eat table foods or anything out of the ordinary. He chews on toys, but none are missing. His vaccination for parvo virus has just expired. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
