My 13-year-old dog, Crosby, has been lethargic, not eating, throwing up, but still having solid poops for a week. She ate a little chicken last night but threw it up this morning. She is not in pain, is spayed, and has no other medical problems or medications. We've been in Denver for almost two weeks, so I'm not sure if the elevation has an effect. What could be causing this and what should I do?
