Can I chat again with the same or a different doctor if my dog starts throwing up again later? Also, is the Omeprazole I should offer her the same one we use for humans or a specific one for dogs? Additionally, my dog Ella was doing better but now has diarrhea and abnormal stool. Can I send a picture of her stool for evaluation?

I have a 5-year-old Chihuahua with a cleft lip repair who has been experiencing sinus congestion, reverse sneezing, and occasional green discharge from her nose, especially when eating. She also has neurological issues such as wobbly legs and jaw locking.
