My 13-year-old female miniature pinscher, Reese, who is diabetic, is vomiting white liquid, has no appetite, is weak, and can barely stand on her own. She recently had a blood sugar level of 152 and was given a half dose of insulin. She also had an episode several weeks ago that the vet suspected could be a stroke or brain tumor. What could be causing her current condition and what should I do?

My dog, Snickers, a nearly 11-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, throws up in the middle of the night. He has no teeth and is fed soft dog food, specifically Natural Balance Chicken and Sweet Potato. He also has ground pumpkin mixed in his food to prevent diarrhea. What could be causing the vomiting and what can I do to help him?

I have a 7-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog who struggles to eat and is not food motivated, but loves treats. We've been trying to feed him 2 cups of food twice a day, leaving it out for 30 minutes and taking it away if he doesn't eat. He only ate 1.5 cups out of 4 cups yesterday and this morning only 0.5 cups out of 2. He still has energy and his poop is normal. What should we do, and when should we be worried?
