My 13-year-old Havanese, who has been diagnosed with diabetes and is on insulin and glucose monitoring, has recently refused to eat unless forced, experienced blood sugar spikes and drops, and had explosive diarrhea. What should we do to address these issues?

My American Bully pup, 11 months old, has been having accidents when he first sees me in the morning or after I come home from work. He crouches, his ears go back, and his tail goes down when he sees me, but not my partner. We both train him and neither of us physically punish him. I'm more cuddly with him, and he acts fine after these episodes. Why is this happening only with me, and what can I do to help him overcome it?
