My 13-year-old Scotty terrier, Maggie, has been experiencing severe itching and raw skin under her chin, disrupting her sleep. We have tried using coconut oil and liquid Benadryl, but the itching persists. Her skin has been dry for the last year, and we suspect allergies. What other treatments can we try to alleviate her discomfort?

My new dog, a 2-year-old who is 9 weeks postpartum from a c-section, is not going pee or poop in or outside. We’ve been exercising her for walks 4 times a day and she’s only peed once which was yesterday morning. She is accepting treats and drinking some water. We’ve only had her for 48 hours in our home so I know there’s a lot of change being introduced but I’m worried.

My dog's back legs are not working right. He is lame for a few minutes upon getting up from his dog bed but it quickly goes away. He is able to run and play normally. No pain. He is 'skidding out' on my floors that are not carpet, at an increasing rate each day. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Sparty, is acting very strange after being bitten by a spider a month ago. She has been clingy, jumping on high surfaces, not playing with other dogs, not going to the bathroom in her usual spots, and has strange bowel movements. Her appetite is normal, and there is no vomiting or diarrhea. There have been no recent changes in her environment. What could be causing this behavior and is it safe to wait until our vet appointment on the 19th?
