My 14 lb, 12-year-old cockapoo named Darcy was found chewing on a geranium plant. I'm unsure if she swallowed any of it. Darcy is also recovering from a dislocated hip due to an encounter with a large neighbor's dog. A 4-year-old Chihuahua named Floppy has started coughing every 3 or 4 minutes, spitting up clear saliva. He was fine earlier in the day and is currently eating hard food. What could be causing the coughing and what can be done to help him?

My dog ate some Preen mulch, which contains a weed deterrent and herbicide. She has vomited three times and doesn't want to eat. She also has epilepsy and threw up her last pill. Should I let her sleep now?

My dog ate most of the bottle of coprophagia detergent just now. I gave him 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide to make him throw up. Was that okay? The brand was Natur Vet. He weighs 62 lbs and did not vomit yet. He is drooling. Should I try a bit more hydrogen peroxide to help him vomit or wait 10 minutes? I also have Equate Ranitidine 75 mg or Ptotonix (pantoprazole 40 mg). Would either of those substitute for Pepcid?
