My 14-year-old beagle Boston terrier mix has recently started experiencing incontinence in his crate, both urinating and defecating. He also licks blankets a lot and has had incidents where he seemed to have mini strokes, running in circles and urinating. He seems to be drinking more, has increased food-seeking behavior, and is now deaf. What conditions might be causing these behaviors?
