My 14-year-old, blind, diabetic rat terrier, Baby, was diagnosed with a UTI and given an antibiotic shot. However, he is lethargic, holds his head oddly, and curls one paw inward. I'm concerned about his condition and want to know if I can add apple cider vinegar to his water or give him cranberry juice to help with his UTI. Additionally, I'm worried about his blood sugar levels and his insulin dosage.
