My 14-year-old Chow mix had a vestibular episode last night. Is it treatable, and what can be done to prevent recurrence? After a dog has had one episode of vestibular, how likely is the dog to have future episodes?

My 9-month-old dog chewed apart a flashlight 7 days ago. She did not ingest the batteries, lightbulb, or plastic lens, but some hard plastic body pieces and rubber pieces are missing. She has been passing some of these pieces in her stool and vomited up small pieces of rubber. She is eating, drinking, urinating, defecating, and playing normally. Is there a need for x-rays and surgery, or should I monitor her closely?

My Jack Russell/Mex has a recurring rash problem that he licks and chews, especially on his paws. Could this be from some type of worm infestation? If so, what could fix it?

My dog ate half of a hemorrhoidal suppository containing 85.5% Cocoa butter and Phenylephrine HCI 0.25%. She's a 12-pound Maltese Poodle mix and has thrown up twice. She seems hungry now and wants to eat. This happened about 4 hours ago. She is 5 years old and has diabetes. Our Vet is closed today. What should I do?

We have a male pet rabbit weighing about 4.5 pounds. We are going on a 3-hour auto trip and would like to walk the rabbit during stops, but we cannot get a leash harness on him due to his hyperactivity. Is there anything over-the-counter we could give him to slow him down so we can put on the harness without causing panic?

We found a stray Pointer mix dog in Greece, approximately 9 months old. The dog is very active, eats and drinks well, but cannot bark, only whines and howls occasionally. It also coughs occasionally, perhaps a couple of times in the morning and once or twice during the day, with no discharges. The dog seems otherwise very healthy. What could this cough be?
