My 14-year-old Dachshund, Bullet, started vomiting green bile around midnight and has continued to vomit occasionally since then. He is also pooping blood and had a recent bowel movement with visible worms. Bullet is lethargic, wobbly when walking, and sometimes loses balance, falling down and vomiting foam. He has a heart murmur and kidney issues. What could be causing these symptoms and what immediate steps should be taken?

My dog, Oscar, a 5-year-old 45-pound dog, ate 18 Pro-Pectalin tablets intended for our other dog, Cooper, who weighs 28 pounds. The tablets were prescribed for Cooper's GI issues. It has been about 15 minutes since Oscar ate the tablets, and he hasn't vomited. Should we be concerned, and is there anything we should do?
