My dog, Bastian, has been exhibiting episodes where he rocks back and forth while laying or sitting, lasting for hours. During these episodes, he doesn't get up when called until the episode is over, and then he returns to normal. He is fully alert during these episodes but disoriented afterward. He recently vomited bile, which he hasn't done during previous episodes. What could be causing these episodes, and what should I do?
