My 14-year-old male Pekingese has started having frequent accidents and I noticed a little bit of red in his urine that has progressively increased. He seems anxious and his penis is extended every time I take his diaper off. The diaper is always wet with a pink coloration. Should I take him to the ER, or can I wait until morning to call my vet?
