My 14-year-old overweight dachshund, Buck, has been listless and had difficulty walking since this morning. He ate a small amount of wet food, but hasn't attempted to walk since. My dog, Jack, has been coughing for over 14 days, especially in cold weather. He has been eating and drinking normally, but he has also been licking and scratching his skin. The cough sounds like he's trying to cough something up, sometimes with foam, and it worsens with activity or cold weather. We live in Maine, and he was in daycare before the coughing started.
