My dog has brown pigmentation on her belly, which seems to have worsened since returning from a vacation. She has a history of allergies and skin infections. I bathed her in a shampoo containing tea tree oil, neem oil, and oatmeal. Do you think this could be a yeast infection, and what can I do at home to help her?
