My 15-month-old spayed female Shiba Inu had a hematoma on her shoulder blade area, which was treated and healed. However, I noticed a small hard lump at the incision site and darker skin in the shaved area. What could these be, and is there anything I should do for healthy hair and skin recovery?

My horse, Finely, just moved from Washington to Arizona and both eyes are swollen, oozing lots of water and some mucus. The inner pink part of the eye is also swollen. She has been acting normal except for the constant eye discharge and some mucus. What could be causing this and what should I do?
