My dog, Toby, a 7-year-old cotton de Tulear, started vomiting and having diarrhea with blood around 1:00 am. He vomited 2-3 times and had similar episodes of diarrhea. He had a large portion of food 2 days ago and some food from our table, but nothing unusual. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Bruno, a 75-80 lb German Shepherd/Husky mix who is almost 2 years old, has been throwing up white foam for a few hours. He ate his breakfast normally, had normal poop and pee today, but has been frequently hacking and throwing up white foam, and also heaving with a pulsating stomach even when resting. I have a 14-year-old Morkie named Lily. Her sight and hearing are impaired, and she may be behind in vaccinations. She hasn't eaten in over three days, even treats, and seems lethargic. I've been in and out of the hospital myself and can't sit through a two-hour wait at a vet's office. Do I need to worry and get her help immediately, or is she just getting old and it's okay to let her slowly fade away?
