My 15-year-old dog, Gizmo, has been continuously vomiting brown liquid, has a high temperature for days, and is in pain. He recently had his teeth cleaned without anesthesia and was groomed. He has arthritis and has had bloodwork done recently showing a good white blood cell count. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?

My dog accidentally ate a human medication (Excedrin) instead of their own. The dog weighs 75 lbs, and it happened about 15-30 minutes ago. I tried to induce vomiting but was unsuccessful. The dog's name is Luke, and he is 5 years old. His regular medication is Apoquel, which I did not give him after the incident to avoid any combination effects. Both the pills were white and of the same size, which caused the confusion. Is there anything else the vet should know about Luke?
