My dog has a sensitive stomach and recently vomited after picking up a piece of rotisserie chicken and a bone from the yard where raccoons or possums might have chewed on it. Is there any additional concern about the dog's health, and should I be worried about the frequency of her vomiting, given she has been diagnosed with IBS and has a sensitive stomach?
