Is there any way to tell if my 30-pound dog ate an Aleve nighttime pill, and what should I do if she did?

My miniature dachshund has been exhibiting involuntary rear end wiggles and twitches, and last night he reacted with trembling when I touched his left hip. He has a history of back leg injury and has been fine walking and jumping, but I'm concerned about these new symptoms. Could these twitches be due to physical discomfort or a neurological issue, and should I be worried about his recent travel in a carrier?

My 50lb dog ate about 1.5g of smoked salmon. Should I take them to the vet or be concerned? The incident happened approximately 30 minutes ago. The dog has not vomited since eating the salmon and is acting normal, having eaten their kibble since. The dog's name is Storm, age 6, and is a 50lb husky.
