My 9-year-old spaniel mix, Kimo, won't eat, trembles, bites when I try to give him his medicine, and seems to be in pain when picked up. He's been to the vet twice, and his blood work is normal. He goes for walks and runs, but has barely eaten anything in three weeks. What could be causing this and what should I do?
