My 16-week-old toy cavoodle, Nessie, has been constipated, struggling to defecate, and had to be bathed to clean her fur/bottom. She managed to defecate this morning but had difficulty again tonight. She vomited in the car today, likely due to car sickness. What can I give her to help with constipation, and should I take her to an emergency vet?
