My 70lb pitbull ate charcoal, 3 pieces I believe. He threw up quite a bit a few hours ago, mostly black and had chunks of food. Now isn’t eating but will drink and throwing up about once an hour. He has very light shivers as if he’s cold and he just now started panting. Is this cause for an emergency visit or just sickness that can wait out till morning or under a watchful eye?
