My 9-year-old dog, Prince, ate chicken and dumplings and is now acting differently—he has diarrhea, doesn't want to move unless I'm with him, and is limping on his previously fractured back leg. He also seems to be shaking and having seizures. Can he have gotten a toxin from the food, and can I give him something to help him get the toxin out?

He had a history of vomiting bile once a week from 3 months to 12 months, which was suspected to be gastritis but later treated with omez, which stopped the vomiting but started hypersalivation. He has had a scan, X-ray, blood tests, and abdominal ultrasound, all showing no significant issues. What could be causing his current symptoms, and what further tests should be considered?
