My 10-year-old dog, Jax, has vomited five times within an hour, all massive spews. The vomit is liquidy with chunks of food, but he didn't eat today. He's been on two walks and inside all day. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have 3 dogs, all of whom are experiencing extreme diarrhea. This started this morning, and before that, they were all normal. They are Dililah (14 years old), Ella, and Mya (both 7 years old). The 14-year-old saw a vet last month for a back issue, but her health and blood work were great. The 7-year-olds had normal checkups during the summer. None of them have ever had diarrhea before. What could be causing this and what should I do?
