My dog, Hazel, has itchy dry skin underneath her back legs and stomach area. She uses medicated shampoo to help ease the dryness. Tonight, my husband used Solva-Ker gel on it, thinking it was like an aloe vera gel, and it turned bright red and she appeared in pain.
