My spayed female German Shepherd, Jet, has a strong female odor from her rear end. She is overweight, somewhat stiff in the legs, and doesn't want to take walks anymore. A urine test was done, which came back negative, but the vet didn't know what else to do. What could be causing this odor and what can be done to address it?

She can walk slowly when standing but is not wanting to walk and won't drink anything. We've been giving her fluids through a dropper and trying to keep her down to rest. There is no visible wound. My dog, Coconut, is vomiting after every meal. She has partially digested food in her vomit, not very liquid. She has hypercalcemia and moderate renal impairment, and an abdominal ultrasound showed nothing remarkable. She's receiving antibiotics for a possible UTI. Can I give Emetrol to control nausea and prevent vomiting?
