I've adopted a pit bull that was abandoned and appears to be around 7-8 months old. She has several round, pink, irritated spots on her body, including her forehead and between her shoulder blades, which she scratches frequently. I've given her several baths but haven't seen any fleas. What could these spots be, and how can I treat them until I can take her to the vet next month?

I adopted my puppy one week ago and she had weird bumps on her belly but the vet told me it was just eczema. They prescribed a topical spray which I used twice a day, but now a bump has gotten severely worse and looks like a blister. She also has kennel cough but is better now. What does this bump look like, and should I rush her to the vet today or is it okay to wait until tomorrow?
