My dog, Nutella, a spayed female Lab mix, suddenly had difficulty moving and was shaking on Tuesday. She couldn't get up on the bed or the couch and was lethargic. She had an accident in the house for the first time in 10 years and was less interested in food and water. She had normal bloodwork in January except for a mention of a fatty liver. What could be wrong and what should I do?
