My 2.5-year-old neutered male black Labrador has a spot on his front left paw pad that has worsened over the past week. It was initially red and has turned cream-colored. The dog, named Ace, does not have any bleeding or swelling, but he does lick the area occasionally. We suspect it might be related to glass in the street. What could this be and what should I do?
