Mikko had a stomach ache this morning with a small amount of diarrhea, and ate chicken and rice after two walks. Now his stomach is contracting, he is restless, and growls or grunts when I go near his butt. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I took my dog Gunner to the vet for a possible ear infection. They prescribed ear wash and ear drops. He had a mild reaction to a previous medication but recovered within an hour. This time, he hasn't improved and has been lethargic, not eating or going to the bathroom since the day before yesterday. I'm concerned I might have given him too much medication. Will he be okay, and should I have him checked again?

My 9-month-old female German Shepherd, Fancy, has vomited in her crate twice in the past 24 hours. The vomit is liquidy with food. She is up-to-date on her shots and otherwise acting normally. Should I be concerned, and what steps should I take?

My dog, Chilli, aged 11, has had diarrhea and vomiting but still eats. She recently ate dust from the floor and toilet floor and fell yesterday without any injuries. Are there any changes in eating, drinking, defecating, or urinating? Are there any underlying medical conditions or medications? Has Chilli been dewormed recently and has there been any recent changes to her food?
