My 2-year-old Beagle, Rufus, suddenly became rigid and unable to move after getting overexcited. He has a history of similar episodes, one of which we thought was choking. He has tail between his legs, falls over, and is now shaking uncontrollably. He was playing before this happened, and there is no indication he got into any toxins or drugs. Could this be a seizure, and what should I do?
