My 2-year-old dog, Finn, has been experiencing liquid diarrhea for the last two days, with some solid chunks. He eats and drinks normally, plays, and is slightly lethargic. He occasionally vomits foamy mucus or bile, sometimes with a tiny bit of blood. He is on Purina Pro Plan sensitive stomach food and Sentinel heartworm prevention. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 70-pound dog, Max, ate about 8 or 9 magnesium gummies, each containing 900 mg of magnesium, about 20 minutes ago. He has not vomited and is in excellent health, except for taking thyroid medication. What should I do?
