My dog, an 11-year-old tricolor Australian shepherd named Belle, has been experiencing diarrhea, occasional vomiting (clear and not much), and extreme fatigue for almost 24 hours. She might have eaten leftover chicken from the trash. She is spayed and up-to-date on vaccines but hasn't been vaccinated for parvovirus in the last year. What can I do to help her stomach issues?
