I was rubbing the inside of my dog's ears with a damp paper towel and now she won’t stop shaking her head. What could be the issue and what can I do to help?

My dog, Indy, a 3-year-old Vizsla weighing 55 lbs, may have ingested a 50mg metoprolol tablet. He seems fine but I'm unsure if I should take him to the vet. Should I try to induce vomiting?

Our 18-month-old Weimaraner, Winston, has had blood in his stools (diarrhea) for the last 3 weeks. The vet gave antibiotics and tested negative for parasites. We changed his diet a week ago, which helped slightly with diarrhea, but the blood is still present, mainly in the second stool and with mucus (like raspberry jam). Winston is up to date with all his vaccines and flea/worm treatments. What could be causing this and what should we do next?

The vomiting and diarrhea have stopped due to lack of intake, but she is still drinking little and not keeping it down. Her body temperature has dropped slightly, and she is very weak.
