My 2-year-old female Golden Doodle, Miley, has been chewing on her front right paw so much that the padding is coming off. We've noticed this behavior for about a week, and we've been soaking and cleaning the paw, applying moisturizer, and using a sock to prevent further chewing. She doesn't have any known allergies, but we removed chicken from her diet due to itching. There's no rash or other skin-related symptoms, just the one paw. What could be causing this and what should we do?
