My 2-year-old Golden Doodle named Finley has been lethargic since yesterday and hasn't eaten since late Friday night. He recently had his phenobarbital dosage doubled due to seizures. What could be causing his lethargy and loss of appetite, and what should I do?

I have given him hydroxyzine pamoate, which has helped somewhat, but I need guidance on how to treat him throughout the night. I also have methylprednisolone and old Benadryl available.
