My 2-year-old neutered male Samoyed has new onset pain in the area of his rear abdomen/penis. He exhibits signs of pain such as growling, yelping, sudden circling, frequent panting, and licking the area. He seems to be in constant pain, especially when moving, and his behavior has changed. He is eating, drinking, peeing, and pooping normally, but his paws and gums feel warmer than usual. What could be causing his pain, and what further steps should I take?

My 16-year-old, 55 lb (25 kg) Shepherd/Husky mix with controlled chronic pancreatitis has a large laceration in his upper armpit area. He is in pain, has trouble getting up and down, and is not drinking water. I have given him Tramadol for pain, but I'm unsure of the correct dosage. What is the maximum safe dose for him, and how should I manage his pain and bleeding until I can take him to the vet in the morning?

Our dog got kicked in the head by a horse, causing a collapsed nasal cavity and a definite skull fracture. One eye socket was pushed back. The dog seems a bit better this morning, but can anything be done to help her?

Our dog has been suffering from a worsening condition that started with a scraped nose and spread to his ears, eyes, and feet. The vet initially treated him for allergies, but the condition has not improved. We have switched to a grain-free diet and are using antibacterial ointment, but the problem persists. We cannot afford another vet visit and need advice on how to proceed.
